正规十大彩票平台 and its member carriers have published IoT standards for gateway connectivity interfaces for the global container shipping industry. These standards are designed to enable industry-wide interoperability between IoT devices (including “smart containers”) and the supporting network infrastructure. This sets the foundation for an interoperable framework of smart container solutions.

The standards in this release align internal radio communication protocols for IoT gateways, addressing the network connectivity requirements for reefer containers, dry containers, and the RFID registration of these containers. With these standards in place, carriers and supply chain participants will be one step closer to providing customers with an uninterrupted flow of relevant information regarding the whereabouts of containers and the status of their contents at any point along the container journey.

As open standards, 正规十大彩票平台 IoT standards are complementary with the UN/CEFACT interoperability standards, namely the Multi Modal Transport Data Reference Model and the Smart Container Business Requirement Specifications in particular.

The 正规十大彩票平台 standards can be implemented by vessel operators and owners as well as ports, terminals, container yards, inland logistics providers and other third parties to ensure interoperability between smart container solutions at the radio interface level.
