Fishbeck is paving the way for professional consulting firms in Indianapolis. Focused on harmony between a project and the natural environment, Fishbeck brings a new perspective to professional consulting.
Fishbeck started in 1956 in Lansing, Michigan by Ken Fishbeck and has since grown to three states, 14 offices, over 450 employees. The company is focused on four different areas – engineering, architecture, environmental sciences, construction management – allowing them to maximize coordination and collaboration with clients. Fishbeck’s core purpose is to “help people realize their visions while benefiting society.” It is a crucial piece in their work to provide the best customer service without forgetting to maintain a dynamic and creative work environment.
As new Indianapolis residents, Fishbeck has turned to the Indy Chamber to get connected to the community. “Networking opportunities are great and the local workforce development opportunities are really important for us. What we do requires a fairly technical and very educated workforce and we want to tap into that through the Indy Chamber!” says Dandi Prasad, Vice President and Senior Transportation Engineer.
Fishbeck is eager to dive into the Indy workforce and hire from the booming talent pool. We are so happy to have them as an Indy Chamber member, are excited that they chose to bring their talents to Indianapolis.
